Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt if it meets the following conditions:
- The order contains all original parts, components, and packaging in its original condition.
- The product has been handled normally—breakage due to careless handling is not eligible.
- Hygiene-sensitive products must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
- If the product was defective upon receipt, it must be reported immediately.
- Customers must cover the return shipping costs.
- Returns are processed within 7 working days. If conditions are met, we will acknowledge the return within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How to Return an Order
If your order meets the return conditions, follow these steps:

- First and last name
- Customer address
After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Do not send the return to the sender's address; we will provide the correct return location. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Right of cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the date you (or a third party authorized by you) receive the last item in your order.
As WORNELL operates with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately. We cannot stop the shipping process once an order has been placed, meaning a refund is not possible until the goods have been received and returned.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email with a clear declaration of your intent to cancel. The withdrawal is complete once we receive the returned goods.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
Orders in Transit
Our products are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer transit times beyond our control. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. You must wait to receive the goods and then initiate a return. However, you can inform us in advance of your intent to return.
To speed up the process, please provide us with shipping confirmation once your return has been sent.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs (unless the delay or issue was on our end). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
